Horizon Gold Card may be very confusing for new people who have no idea about it.A lot of bunch of People asked this Question.Here are some of Points You should remember while dealing in Horozon Card:

1)Its NOT a VISA OR MASTER CARD nor American express or mastero.You can Not use it as a credit card.

2)Yes,Some people says its very good to built (rebuilt) your credit score.They are reporting to major credit bureaus so it is good on that factor.When getting this card they did not check your employment status.

3)You can use this card only to shop at HorizonGoldcard shopping website(also called Horizon Outlet Store provided by Horizon Card Services).I did not buy anything but I think URL is thehorizonoutlet.com or www.thehorizonoutlet.com

4)Cards may be good for some people but most of us will not require it.Do your study before you order it.Unfortunately their contact info is only given to people after you join.Also some information is very hard to find like APR and Fees for this card.
