Cash Plus Master Card is a prepaid card issued by APS Financial with main features it claim is buyer protection for any NON service,Non delivery or defects in purchase.
Every UK citizen can apply for it(above 18) and it also accepts people with Bad or zero credit scores.
There is a monthly fees of £4.95 and One time same application fees.If you withdraw from a UK ATM you pay £0.99 per withdrawal.Also accepted oversees.
